General Information

In order to be considered for employment as a guest teacher for Desert Sands Unified School District, you must complete the following checklist and provide the necessary documents.

Checklist:

• Certificated Guest Teacher Employment Application
• Resume
• Letters of Recommendation (3)
• Copy of CBEST verification
• Official copies of college/university transcripts
• Copies of current credentials (if any)
• Fingerprint clearance (forms provided by Personnel Services)
• Social Security Card
• Driver's License or Passport
• Physical examination - which specifies a person is free from any disabling disease (health form provided by Personnel Services)
• Tuberculosis clearance
