District Paid Retirees - Your same medical plan will roll over. If you do not want to make any changes you do not need to do anything. Please remember to check the rate-range sheets for any upcoming rate changes. Rates will be finalized mid-September and invoices will be sent by the end of that month. 

Self Paid Retirees - Your same medical, dental and vision plans will roll over. If you do not want to make any changes you do not need to to anything. You will receive your October 2024- June 2025 invoices around the end of September 2024. 

Self Paid Dental and Vision (CE.Mgmt.Conf.Trust)  - Please Note - These plans do not have an age 65 limitation and will not automatically end when you turn 65. You may keep these plans until you decide to cancel them.
