Kamil Pelovello returns from the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics in Eugene, Oregon & the 2023 AAU National Championships in Des Moines, Iowa a 5x Junior All-American and finishing his 2023 indoor and outdoor season a 9x Junior All-American.
Kamil and his team, Compton Electric Speed, have competed for 11 straight days in 2 states and traveled 4500 miles. Kamil competed in 8 events, 17 total races, 8 semifinals, 5 finals, and is coming home with 5 medals, 3 gold medals, 3 national championships and 2 national records!
His relay team now hold the USA Track and Field 4x100 national record in 13/14 age class and finally broke the 30 yr old USA Track and Field 4x400 national record. They won gold in the AAU National Championship 4x400. In individual events, Kamil made all four semifinals and qualified for the 200m final in Eugene.
