The Staff Wellness Committee hosted a Yoga and Sound Healing experience for district staff on Thursday, January 15, from 5:30-6:40 p.m. at Earhart Elementary School.
The evening began with a gentle yoga session led by Sue Ann Blach, Mental Health Manager, creating a supportive space for mindful movement and relaxation. This was followed by a restorative sound healing experience with educator Marlene Pfeifle, D.C., who guided participants through soothing tones from singing bowls, quartz bowls, chimes, gongs, and flute.
Staff members were invited to slow down, reconnect body and mind, and experience the calming effects of movement and healing sounds. The session offered a meaningful opportunity for rest, reflection, and renewal as we headed into the holiday weekend.

Testimonials from participants:
"I just wanted to reach out and say how much I enjoyed the event last Thursday! It was my first time attending, and I absolutely loved it. The instructors had such a positive attitude, and the relaxing atmosphere was exactly what I needed."
