The Shadow Hills High School Girls Wrestling program has made history once again! On Valentine's weekend, the team became back-to-back CIF-SS Champions, cementing their place at the top of the rankings.
This team has put in the work, battled through every challenge, and proven once again why they deserve to be recognized among the best. They are the only Girls Wrestling program in the Coachella Valley to accomplish such an incredible feat.
The Lady Knights finished the competition with two CIF-SS Individual Champions, one second-place finisher, and two third-place finishers. Additionally, a total of seven Lady Knights advanced to CIF-SS Masters, further highlighting the strength and depth of the program.
For the third consecutive year, Shadow Hills Lady Knights Wrestling has earned the honor of having the MVP at the CIF Individual Girls Wrestling Championship. This year, Senior Alisa "The Assassin" Murillo claimed the title as the Northern Division Lower Weight MVP.
At CIF-SS Masters, our athletes battled through some tough competition at the Southern Section Masters meet, securing three spots at the State Tournament. As a team, the Lady Knights finished seventh out of 201 teams in Southern California.
