Sweet as Can Bee: A Hive of Gratitude for District Staff

Bee Thankful Days returned in full buzz this week, as Education Services transformed into a hive of gratitude and sweetness. From November 18-20, staff members stopped by District Translator Raye Kramar’s desk to fill their jars with pure raw honey and share in a joyful celebration of thankfulness.

Raye set up a charming honey display and invited district staff to bring their own empty jar for a custom pour. As colleagues buzzed by, they were encouraged to jot down what they were thankful for on cheerful bee-shaped cutouts and add them to a growing gratitude tree, turning the space into a colorful display of appreciation and community spirit.

Raye says he's "𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘊𝘰𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘝𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘺." This annual tradition is a bee-autiful way to pause, reflect, and share gratitude as Thanksgiving approaches.
