Triple the Trophies

Monroe Elementary fifth graders Matthew Kreps and Brin Shi are soaring high, after taking home THREE trophies at the Coachella Valley KidWind Regional Challenge (Elementary Division), earning two Energy Awards and one Best Base Award!

Pictured alongside DSUSD School Board President Humberto “Beto” Alvarez, Matthew and Brin proudly showcased their KidWind creations, proving that innovation starts early and creativity knows no limits.

Their impressive teamwork and problem-solving skills truly embodied the spirit of hands-on learning.
