Staff Turn Up the Energy at Cardio Dance Party!

On November 5, the Staff Wellness Committee hosted its lively Cardio Dance Party at Dr. Carreon Elementary School.

Instructor Meredith Zengler brought the good vibes and upbeat music, leading staff through a fun, high-energy hour of movement.

Participants “raised the roof” and their heart rates, while boosting their social, emotional, and physical wellness.
