DSUSD wants your feedback!

Your valuable input is needed!

Family and Community Surveys to gather feedback regarding school climate and input on actions and services within our Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) are now available. We will use the survey responses along with those gathered from staff and students to make data-informed action to improve student learning experiences, better communicate with all families, and inform our LCAP development to increase and improve services for all students.

Surveys (English and Spanish) will be available online from January 26 until February 14, 2018. In order to maintain confidentiality and integrity, the surveys are administered by nationally recognized Panorama Education. The unique survey access links for each school site are listed below.

As our partners in supporting educational opportunities for all students, we ask you to complete this survey addressing perceptions of academic excellence, school culture, community partnership, and overall working conditions in schools. This is an amazing opportunity for students, staff, and families to be heard and to improve our schools and district.

Thank you in advance for your time and letting your voice be heard!

COMMUNITY MEMBERS are invited to complete the COMMUNITY SURVEY.
