Palm Desert High School took home another first place title win on February 5, 2024 in the 19th Annual Academic WorldQuest competition held at CSUSB Palm Desert Campus. The competition was hosted and sponsored by the World Affairs Council of the Desert.
PDHS took first place scoring 43 out of 50. This won them the opportunity to compete against other high schools in the country at the National Academic WorldQuest Competition on April 20. The team members include Sareen Bhakta, Kiamehr Karagah, Shaurya Mahajan, Tilda Rector, and Coach Patricia Lizza.
In second place came Xaxier Prep, in third place was Rancho Mirage High School, and most improved went to Palm Springs High School.
