Do the Right Thing supports youth involvement in the community with positive attitude and behavior. Students are selected each month based on their accomplishments and are recognized at the Palm Springs Police Department. The ceremony honors the students with appreciation and applause as well as prizes that are provided by the community. The ceremonies are to showcase the student’s support in enhancing self-esteem and community outreach as they are celebrated among community members, friends and family.
Community is welcomed to join monthly ceremonies as schedules permit to honor our youth as they become members of the community.
