A shout out to Fila Tennis, the BNP Paribas Open, and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for hosting Gerald Ford’s 4th graders. The students got to meet with American Tennis players Patrick Kypson and Sam Querrey. Each student received a Fila t-shirt and pair of sunglasses to wear during this event. The players hit some tennis balls for the students and answered some of their questions. Principal John Preston expressed what a great day it was as they also were given general admission tickets for the qualifying matches after the event ended.
